Clients wanted a lot of glass links to connect the various building structures on their property. These glass structures were recessed into the concrete to provide frameless glass structures. They also wanted a pop-out window in the main bathroom with switchable glass. The difficulty of switchable glass in a wet area such as the bathroom was the ability to protect the glass from moisture internally and externally, so we stepped the glass in the corners to structurally seal it, which gave privacy when required as well as extensive views.
